Below are just a few of the skills that have improved since becoming a Life Coach: The tools and skills I have learned through coaching are like nothing I ever learned in any college class or seminar. I believe I was a good leader in Human Resources before becoming a Life Coach. To again devote myself to an organization full-time as a HR Leader and on the side help incredible women in HR learn to believe in themselves so they can show up with greater confidence. However, over the course of this last year I have realized that what I most want is to be able to have both in my life. Originally, I had thought I would be walking away from Human Resources forever to follow my dream of becoming a Life Coach. Guiding women through the process of pushing through their insecurities and doubts on their way towards becoming more confident and fulfilled versions of themselves has been a dream come true for me.
